Everyone fears something: whether it’s spiders, clowns, or even hospitals. No not the doctors in that hospital, but actually anything and everything about the hospital building and hospitals. This phobia is actually called Nosocomephobia, which is the extreme fear of hospitals. Usually people get this phobia from a really bad experience at a hospital or near one causing them to  have anxiety from them. Phobias are not easy to get over either they are a work in progress kind of thing .

For many people phobias usually occur around when they are younger and it causes their adult life to be really hard to function. Therapy is an answer to many of the phobias, but it doesn’t work all the time and sometimes people will resort to other means to get over it. For example maybe some people rub a clothing item or maybe they will mess with a hat or wear a certain jacket or carry a stuffed animal. Many people have a fear that they try to mask from the world so they feel safe and out of reach from everything.
