Weight Lifting is something that has many benefits to it and is also something that can be entertaining. This type of exercise is very common and has been done in different forms for centuries. Some of the benefits that come when doing this vary on what type of lifting you are doing for what part of the body. For example, if you are working on your arms, exercises like curls, military press, and triceps extensions, you will begin to notice that you are stronger when using your arms at work or other things and you will also notice your arms get bigger. Another benefit is that weight lifting lowers bad cholesterol and blood pressure. It also tends to help people sleep better. People who lift weights are able to get 7 hours of sleep every night. You can also increase your metabolism which means you can lose weight quicker or even turn any fat on your body into muscle. Finally it also boosts dopamine, norenophine, and serotonin which can act as antidepressants. Overall, weight lifting can help feel and look better!
